Premium access

LearnThatUI refreshes Premium access in the browser you used for checkout. Save the recovery key shown after purchase to restore access after clearing cookies or moving to another device. Use the Premium recovery page. If you no longer have the key, do not purchase again; email support@learnthatui.com with the email used at Stripe Checkout and the approximate purchase date.

Manage or cancel

Open the Premium menu while premium access is active, then choose Manage subscription. Stripe's billing portal lets you update payment details or cancel future renewals.

Billing problems

For duplicate charges, payment failures, or refund requests, email support and include the Stripe receipt number. Never email card numbers, passwords, or secret keys.

Learning progress

Progress and notebook entries live in this browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or changing devices can remove that local learning history.
